With graduates from 30 countries, Transformational Presence Leadership and Coaching (TPLC) is a program of The Center for Transformational Presence SM founded and directed by Alan Seale, that provides a fresh, leading-edge coaching approach to life, leadership, business, and government throughout the world.

Training introduction

In today’s complex and rapidly changing world, Transformational Presence Leadership and Coaching (TPLC) provides a fresh, leading-edge, and practical coaching approach to life, leadership, business and government. TPLC cuts to the core of situations, identifies emerging potential, and then harnesses that potential to discover a clear pathway forward. This pathway can lead us towards a world that works. TPLC offers a transformational coaching approach to being, working, and leading.

Grounded in ancient wisdom, traditions, quantum science, and evolutionary consciousness, TPLC offers simple, yet powerful tools, skills, language, and structures for new ways of thinking and fundamental shifts in perception. As a result, next steps forward become clear, allowing us to move into effective and sustainable action. TPLC brings a transformational coaching approach to all walks of life.

The TPLC Foundation course provides 52 Coach Specific Training Hours (which may also be counted as CCEUs) approved by the ICF. Continuing on with the Supervised Mentor Coaching teleclass series provides an additional 20 Coach Specific Training Hours, making a total of 72 Coach Specific Training Hours.

Program

Effective, impactful, and transformative leadership and coaching in today’s rapidly changing world requires new kinds of skills and tools as well as broader capacities for awareness and perception. These new skills and tools stretch far beyond the core competencies and analytical, knowledge-based approaches of traditional leadership and coaching into more creative, discovery-based, transformational approaches.

Today, we need leaders and coaches who are:

• able to sense, feel, and listen to the energy underneath what is happening in order to discover what is next
• comfortable in not knowing the answers—and maybe not even yet knowing which questions to ask
• curious and imaginative
• willing to explore without knowing what they will find, yet trust that clues for their next step will appear
• not afraid to take action once they sense what the next step is
• comfortable with who they are and fully embrace their own talents, skills, and gifts, while, at the same time, are committed to continued learning and growth

We need leaders and coaches who recognize that everything is connected to everything else—who embody the understanding that the world is built on a matrix of relationships, and that everything that happens is a part of a larger flow.

This 5-day in-person program in the Barcelona area of Spain is led by Alan Seale and delivered in English. To ensure personal attention and a great experience, the retreat training is limited to 24 participants.
